How do I make a deposit?
Once you have logged in to the site, Click on Deposit in the left hand menu and enter the figure you wish to add to your balance. You will be redirected to the website of our payment processing partner, Realex Payments, to enter your card details. The minimum deposit is €20. IGB accept the following card types: Mastercard, Visa, Laser. Deposits to your IWP balance will appear on your card statement as "BORD NA GCON LIMERICK." Your account balance will be credited immediately.

What is the minimum / maximum withdrawal?
The minimum withdrawal is €20 . If you are withdrawing €3,000 or more in one transaction or an amount that will take you over a cumulative withdrawal amount of €3,000 in a 90 day period or less we may ask you to provide us with paper copies of your Passport / Driving Licence or Photo Identity Card and a recent Credit Card / Bank Statement for the card you have registered with us (unless you have already provided this information for registration purposes) before the withdrawal can be made. This is necessary for your security.

I have made a withdrawal from my account but have not received the funds, why not?
Withdrawals will be credited to your Debit/Laser Card immediately. Withdrawals cannot be credited to Non – UK Mastercard holders but will be credited to your Bank Account which will typically take 3 – 5 working days. Certain banks may delay the transaction by an an additional few days.

What happens to my winnings?
If you have a winning bet the returns are credited to your balance after the race and will remain available for you to either place further bets or withdraw as you wish. You may check your account balance and winnings by clicking on "My transactions" in the left hand menu

If you are receiving a 'Payment Declined' message please try again ensuring that you double check your card number, the start and expiry date and the last 3 digits on the back of your card. How can I be sure if my bet has been placed?

All our web servers are hosted in hosting centres behind secure firewalls and are regularly scanned for viruses. We do not store any credit card or laser card information. All bank account details, which we store are encrypted.

My bet did not return the amount I was expecting, what happened?
Unlike betting with the Bookmakers, Tote Betting does not have fixed odds. 20% of the Win & Place Pool, 22.5% of the Forecast, Trio and Jackpot Pools is retained for operating costs. We recommend that you check the result for a dead - heat. If your selection is involved in a dead - heat, your stake will be spilt over selections involved.

No. Bet €5 or more on any one race and view that race for free. As a special introductory offer bet €20 or more cumatively on a night and view all available racing that night for free.

What is a jackpot bet and what are the different types
There are two Jackpot Pools available " Pick 4 Jackpot" and " Pick 6 Jackpot", both of which operate at Shelbourne Park and Harold's Cross Stadia. To win or share in the Pick 4 Jackpot you must nominate the winner of races no. 7,8,9 & 10. To win or share in the Pick 6 Jackpot you must nominate the winner of races no. 5,6,7,8,9, & 10. Combination or Multiple nominations are available.. See " Jackpot" link for full information on Jackpot Pools.

How do I place a bet?
Navigate to the bet on the tote then bet/wager online section. Click on "All Races" for the track which you wish to place a bet on.Click "Place Bet" on the race which you want to wager on to bring up your betting slip. Then select your bet type, fancied runners and stake on the betting slip. Click on "Bet Right Now" to proceed to the Wager confirmation screen. Check your bet details carefully before submitting the bet - Please Note:- mistakes cannot be rectified after a bet has been placed. If the bet has been accepted you will receive a receipt number and confirmation.

What is an each-way bet?
An Each - Way bet is two (2) bets, one bet is for your selection to Win, the other bet is for your selection to Place. If your selection Wins, you will receive a dividend on the both the Win bet and the Place bet. Should your selection not Win, but comes 2nd, you will receive a dividend on the Place bet.

If I place a bet by mistake can this bet be voided?
