There is a set race programme at each of the stadia throughout the country - all giving you the opportunity to sponsor a race and give it your company name!

Race Sponsorship is an ideal opportunity for the involvement of commercial organisations as you will receive full acknowledgement in an allocated race title – talk to our General Managers on how to maximise your return on the event!

All race sponsorships are supplemented by additional race grants provided by the Irish Greyhound Board and the General Manger at each stadia is available and waiting to discuss the process with you.

You will certainly be impressed on the excellent packages we offer including maximum local and national PR for your company. The final of the stake offers an ideal night to invite your clients to the restaurant – truly marking the night as yours!

Race Sponsorship packages can include:

  • Race incorporating company name
  • Free full page advertisement
  • Opportunity to place advertising on the track for the duration of the event.
  • Admission passes to the final to give to your staff or clients
  • Opportunity to host a client dinner in our restaurant or suites for the final night of your competition.
  • Crystal Trophy
  • Dog Presentation Sheet incorporating your company name.
  • Presentation of trophy to the winning owner/trainer by a representative of your company or organisation.
  • Photographer to record the event and picture sent to all local newspapers and national greyhound weekly papers.

I don’t want to sponsor a race – what else can I do?

The answer – lots!

Take an advertisement board on the track – in everyone’s view every night thus reinforcing your company name!

Host a corporate night in the restaurant inviting your clients – allowing them to meet your sales team in an informal, entertaining setting!

Sponsor either a Greyhound of the Month Award or why not the Annual Awards dinner at the Stadia restaurant – guaranteeing your company association is reinforced with this top entertainment venue!

Shelbourne Park accept sponsorship from €300 per individual race on a Wednesday or Thursday and €400 on a Saturday. Any amount over €500 is accepted for sweepstake sponsorship. Sponsors are invited to promote their product or service throughout the stadium, and trackside signage is also available.
