The regional heats will take place in each participating stadium around the country. The 18 winners of the Regional Events will be invited to run in the main event and a draw will take place to pick 6 Runners–up to be invited to also participate. The remaining Runners-up will be the Reserves for the Stake. The Limerick Heats will therefore begin as a 24 dog Stake on Saturday 9th July followed by the semi-finals one week later. The All Ireland Series Final will take place on Saturday 23rd July.
