School Tours with a difference 

Let your school 'Go to the Dogs' this year, with the new School Tour programme on offer in 8 Greyhound Stadia nationwide. Take the kids behind the scenes at the state-of-the-art facilities, on the access all areas tour. The full stadium tour includes:

• Close up of Greyhound Racing action, as tours take place during trial / practice sessions
• A full explantion of the mechanics behind the sport, the Hare system and the track operations
• Tour of Kennel area, Judges Box and Weigh Room
• An informative talk on Greyhound Racing, covering history, welfare and a short Q&A
• Photo of the Tour Group on the winner's podium
• Walk around the catering areas including the kitchens, restaurant & private suites
• Light refreshments for the group

School Tours must be booked in advance through the IGB Sales Centre by phone on 1890 269 969 or by emailing sales@igb.ie. All tours are subject to availability and subject to trial sessions taking place.

Where & when are School Tours available?

Shelbourne Park, Dublin - Tuesday's from 11.30am - 2pm

Harold's Cross, Dublin - Wednesday's from 9.30am - 12.30pm

Curraheen Park, Cork - Tuesday's from 9am - 11am or 4pm- 6pm & Friday's from 9am - 11am

Galway Greyhound Stadium- Wednesday from 9.30am - 11.30am

Limerick Greyhound Stadium - Wednesday from 9.30am - 11am

Mullingar Greyhound Stadium - Friday from 10.30am - 12 pm

Kingdom Greyhound Stadium, Tralee - Wednesday's & Thursday's from 10am - 12.30pm

Kilcohan Park, Waterford - Tuesday 10am - 12pm (alternate Tuesdays - please contact to check availability)
