Camogie Launch

 

Cumann Camogaiochta na nGael (The Camogie Association) will host their first ever Benefit Night in Shelbourne Park this September 5th. Eimear Brannigan & Mary Lacey took time from their camogie training to exercise the greyhounds instead as Jonathan Dever (IGB) and Joan O'Flynn (Cumann Camogaiochta na nGael) practise their sporting skills

Greyhounds Mount Eagle & Stoney Black reckon they would make fine hurling stars as they attempt to steal the sliotar from President Joan O'Flynn

Teachers Newbridge

Teachers from St. Conleths & Marys Primary School in Newbridge prepare for their Egg & Spoon race. The race was part of an exciting Benefit Night they held recently in Newbridge Greyhound Stadium. Local Bookmaker, Daragh Fitzpatrick, took bets on the race and then kindly donated all profits to the school

 

Lee Naprier and his Sister Robyn join with Cork Hurlers Cathal Naughton and Patrick Cronin to help launch the Enable Ireland Benefit Night, which was held in Curraheen Park on Friday 12th June

Jonathan Dever (IGB) presenting a cheque of €6,800 to Gerry Cully Head of Promotions and Fundraising of Crumlin Childrens Hospital. The money was raised from a charity auction of a College Causeway Pup (kindly donated by John Kennedy of Urlingford) held in Shelbourne Park Greyhound Stadium

 

Dublin & Wexford Camogie stars, Eimear Brannigan and Mary Lacey take time to practice their skills at the launch of the Camogie Association Benefit Night. The night, on September 5th, coincides with 2 large sporting events - The Semi-Finals of the Paddypower.com Derby and the All Ireland Hurling Final which takes place the following day
